Mrs. Jones
Mrs. Jones is a native of Pensacola, Florida. She has a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology, a Bachelor's Degree in social work and an Associates degree in General Studies. Currently, Mrs. Jones is enrolled in the Doctoral Program with a concentration in Counseling and Psychology. Mrs Jones has worked in the field of Education for over 18 years. She has been married for over 28 years. In her free time, Mrs. Jones enjoys spending time with family, singing and empowering students/families to be the best version of themselves.
Mission Statement
The Mission of Jim Allen Elementary School's comprehensive school counseling program is to provide equity of services and access to data driven comprehensive student services program that address the academic, career , and social/emotional development of all students. In partnership with administrators, teachers, parents and community, the program advocates for all students and empowers them to achieve success.
What is a Needs Assessment?
A needs assessment is a survey completed by students, parents, teachers and/or administrators that provides a data-driven direction for a comprehensive school counseling program.
